Thank You, DRA!
Table Mound School was awarded $3500.00 from the 2011 DRA Grant. The grant proposal was written to purchase new technology for the computer lab. This technology will benefit students in all grade levels, as well as teachers and staff, and will support the Iowa Core Curriculum, specifically, the 21st Century Skills which include employability, financial literacy, health literacy, technology literacy, and civic literacy. This grant has allowed the purchase of 2 new projectors, mountings, and a Smart Board for our school media center. Thank you for your generosity, DRA!

Table Mound School's Mock Convention was held on December 19th, 1:15-3:15 pm, and December 20th, 9:15-11:15 am. To view the Mock Convention video, click the icon below.

Hat Day was a great success! $402 were raised. $302 was donated to United Way on behalf of Table Mound School and $100 will sponsor a student for the Special Olympics this winter/spring. Way to go, Table Mound!

Students: As a member of the Table Mound Green School Community, we'd like you to take a few minutes to measure your carbon footprint. That means that you are going to compute how much energy you use each day. When you are done, write down your score, work with your family to become a better user of less energy, and try this again to get an even better score.
